Tastes great, cooking again now. I use half the measurements as 1.5kg is alot of meat. Half gives dinner for me and hubby and leftovers for his lunch or to be frozen.

This recipe looks great, goat(mutton) in fridge right now, have subbed lemon for lime though, as prefer more of a tang, plus I would’ve had to go shopping in my pyjamas to get some lemons! Can’t wait to eat it on new years day yum yum.

This sounds perfect. I live in St.Lucia, and have just bought 5lbs of perfect goat meat. I mixed some chops with some good chunks of front leg…think your recipe is looks perfect, shall post a picture!
